In this day and age, it seems like every phone call I get from a business has some foreigner on the other end of my phone who CANNOT speak English so you can understand them.  This, I find is VERY frustrating, and VERY aggravating.  Now, I don’t have anything against foreigners, really, as long as I can understand them if I’m dealing with them.  Fortunately, some of the companies are finding that there IS help out there for these people they hire, to make it better for the workplace AND their customers!!!  Having their workers go through a Business English class helps the workers learn to reduce their accent and learn proper English, which makes things better on the job site AND for their customers.  These classes can be customized for each worker’s learning style and career goals.  Sounds like a GREAT idea to me!!!
