I Could Use….
September 21st, 2009Okay, I’ll admit it….contrary to popular belief, I am NOT the most organized person in the world. That’s why, when I found a link for an Organizational development university, I HAD to take a look at it and see what exactly it was, and all of those other menial details that you browse when you think that a certain course MIGHT be for you. I, personally, didn’t even know that there WAS such a thing as organizational developement courses, let alone organizational LEADERSHIP courses!!! Why don’t more employers ask about courses like this? It looks to me like it would be a VERY beneficial thing to have on your resume. If you are an employer, I would HAVE to recommend looking for people with a course or two of organizational skills behind them. And, if you are someone who is looking to be a CEO or something similar, I would DEFINITELY recommend you look into taking a on-line course in organizational development or organizational leadership. It MIGHT be the BEST move you can make, career-wise!!!
