Summer On The Calendar
June 22nd, 2008Summer is officially here, at least according to the calendar. Temperature-wise, though, I am happy to say that we REALLY haven’t had any HOT weather yet. We’ve had several days where it has been on the verge of hot because of the humidity, but the temperatures haven’t been all that bad so far. The last couple of days have been so nice that we’ve spent the MAJORITY of the day outside, except for frequent trips in the house for drinks and such.
And we’ve had quite a bit of rain lately too….just like Spring, should be, if you ask me. In fact, there is apparently water in wells this year that wasn’t there last year out here where we live. And the flowers are just thriving on this beautiful weather.
