May 28th, 2008The doctor came and made his rounds for the morning after breakfast. The doctor, of course, was more than pleasantly surprised when he checked in for the morning and found his patient was awake and feeling decent. As he was getting ready to leave, he was posed with a question that he hadn’t been expecting from his patient….”So, since I’m better, Doc, can I take a vacation to the Outer Banks?” The son snickered as the wife scolded him. “You should know you’re not up to a vacation right now.” The doctor and nurse broke out in laughter, and continued to laugh as they left the room.
