…either go to bed, or do something constructive, and I actually feel like doing neither one at the moment. Don’t ask me why, either, because I don’t know. I think it’s about time to put on my Gloria CD’s again, and…..probably go to bed. I don’t know how long I’ll stay tonight. Just NOT tired…not sleepy…NOT in the mood to go to bed, even though daylight and the new day comes WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY too early some days.
Anyway, I will probably be here to ramble at you some tomorrow, so ya’ll have a good night, and stay warm!!!….*hugs* to those that normally get them (you know who you are)

…of useless rambling to fill cyberspace with. Don’t you LOVE me for that?….*goofy grins*
Today hasn’t been going too bad, so far. Didn’t sleep real good last night. One of those nights when I would have done better if I hadn’t even gone to bed.
Switched laundry first thing, and now have another load waiting to be folded, so I can transfer some more to the dryer. Other than that, I haven’t done a whole lot…yet.
More later…maybe….

A few days late, but here it is.
A mis-spent youth reminds me of a story that I had started writing a few years ago. I believe it was right at the start that a boy threw a rock at a cafe’s window and shattered it, and the hero of the story (if you could call her that) jumped out the window and took off in a running pursuit of the boy, with cops following her. One of the cops got trigger happy just about the time our hero was about to catch the boy, and shot the kid in the back, thus killing him. Of course, our hero of the story wasn’t too happy, and made it VERY apparent to the police officer.
I would have to agree that that would have been a mis-spent youth, don’t you? I’ll have to try to find that story one of these days. I THINK it’s still on one of our older computers that’s sitting here in the livingroom. I MIGHT just have to fire that computer up one of these days and see just what’s still on there!!!
Thanks to the folks of Sunday Scribblings for another GREAT thought provoker!!!

…used in ALOT of different ways these days. From distribution poles to agricultural treated wood products to transmission poles, and much more. If you need to have pressure treated wood , you need to find a place that is interested in the quality of their work. Pacific Wood Preserving Companies are some of the nation’s best producers of preserved wood products. They have a number of preservation treatments available, and all of their facilities are located on rail spurs, so they can ship your product to you by rail to save you money. They are also active supporters of several associations across the nation that support the wood preserving companies. For some items, they have “Treatment Only Services” which is where you bring your own wood to them to have it treated. Sounds like a winning combination to me!!!

My Sister over at her diary tagged me for this one, though I have NO idea why…so here goes…..
Here are the rules:
Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog.
Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
Tag 7 random people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs.
Let each person know that they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
7 Random And/Or Weird Facts About Me: (most of these will probably be more random than weird)
1: My son is #1 priority in my life
2: I homeschool my 1 dear son
3: I love horses and being outside
4: I DESPISE styrofoam!!!!
5: I love reading books, though I don’t find good ones very often that hold my interest.
6: My Dad lives with my son and I
7: I am a single Mother
I don’t think I know 7 people by name well enough to tag anyone, except my Sister, of course, so I’m not tagging anyone officially. If you read this and would like to do it, leave me a note saying you’re doing it, so I can go read your answers, please!!!

With the holidays coming, people are sometimes looking for puppies for their children. Waiting until AFTER the holidays when all the stress has subsided a little bit is a better choice, in my opinion. But, whatever you decide, if you are looking for Yorkie puppies for sale, maybe you need to check out the Salt Creek Kennel from Oklahoma. They are a USDA approved kennel, and they pride themselves on high breeding standards and the quality care that their puppies receive. And, not only do they have Yorkie puppies for sale, they also breed Maltese, English bulldogs, and French bulldogs. And after you buy a puppy from them, they encourage you to stay in contact with them to let them know how you and your new family member are doing and to answer any questions you might have in the future. Check them out today…maybe they can help you find that family member that you didn’t know was missing!!!

…has been a pretty good day, other than a slight headache off and on. We did school this morning and that went REALLY good!!! Then we cleaned the bathroom, folded and put away laundry, took the trash out to the trash bin, and swept the bathroom, utility room and the kitchen. Then my Sister called and I talked to her for a few minutes, and I did some transferring of pictures onto the computer here, and we took care of animals. A little while later, my Sister showed up to get some of her stuff that she had left here, to bring back my steam cleaner that she had borrowed. Went and retrieved the car from the shop where Dad had taken it first thing this morning, and just got done with dinner. Now we have a quiet few minutes, as my boy is in the bath, and I’m checking to see if there’s any money to be made. Doesn’t look too promising on that note, though.

…done with our first quarter of the school year…give or take a day or two. My buddy is doing GREAT!!! He still has a 100% on his Letters And Sounds, and on his Math, his score is up over 98%!!! What can I say? He’s doing GREAT!!! What more could a parent ask for than for their child to have a 99%+ for their overall average in school at the end of the first quarter? His phonics/reading is REALLY coming along pretty well too!!! We only have about 3 more weeks in the Kindergarten material….POSSIBLY 4 weeks, IF we run into something that slows him down a little bit in the last couple of weeks. And he has been understanding everything that we’ve been doing, so I have NO problem moving him on into what they classify the First Grade material. Even the first few weeks of it won’t give him much challenge, I don’t think, other than we increase from 2 subjects to a possible 5 in the workbook stuff. Frankly, I don’t really think we will encounter too many problems with the extra subjects. They will just take some getting used too.
